Adopting a web based EHR system will enhance patient safety in the following ways:
- Provide accurate patient information and health alerts at the point of care.
- Enable quick access to patient records for more coordinated, efficient care.
- Securely share electronic information with patients and their caregivers.
- Implement Electronic Claims: Integrated with an EHR system, this component will minimize clerical errors and reduce claim rejections while also reducing the time of outstanding receivables.
- Customized Training: A hybrid “train the trainer” solution wherein an initial training of staff is followed by support through a single designated staff representative. An intuitive graphic user interface will hasten and reinforce the learning experience.
- Custom Reports: development of custom reports will eliminate manual tracking, compilation, and delivery of information to stakeholders by automating this process.
Our execution strategy includes parallel development of training curriculum and the custom encounter screen. We use a hybrid form of the Agile methodology that allows short sprints of development followed by stakeholder reviews. This ensures that the product meets requirements and expectations; even new requirements identified during development and configuration.

CHDPSystem is a wonderful program
|

Our clinic started using it in January 2011 and it is
just great. The main reason I like it so much it shows us patients who are due for
physicals and we can always check how many physicals have we done. We can go back
to see if the CHDPSystem claim was accepted and CHDPSystem also sends an email when
claims are paid. Thank you.

CHDPSystem really works!

I was not sure about using the system, because it seemed
to good to believe, but I signed up for CHDPSystem. One thing I love about CHDPSystem
- I receive payment in one week instead of waiting for 3 weeks. The payments are
90-100% of what we billed for. CHDPSystem is a great system.
